As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you move to multiply your strength, your energy, and your life. If you know all the things you should be doing to better yourself, but you just can't seem to make it happen or get the good habits to stick, you have come to the right place! Move and Multiply exists to help you help yourself. What I have to offer...
I have experience working with all different populations and in many settings. I have taught group exercise classes, worked with active older adults, guided pregnant and postpartum moms, and much more! Let me design a personal workout program for you based on your goals, schedule, equipment, limitations, likes and dislikes.
Personal Workout Program
Your workout plan will be 100% tailored to your needs and desires. Workouts can be designed using only your body weight or the equipment available at your home or nearby gym. Time needed ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, 2-4 times a week, whatever best fits your goals and availability. Included in your plan is weekly scheduling and accountability with me to ensure your success.
In-Person Group or Personal Training
In-person training is my first love. I have limited openings in my schedule for at-home training sessions. Let's see if our schedules align! I also offer group workouts seasonally. Reach out for the latest offerings.
